1970 - Company founded by Peter Cadwallader and Alard Hanover, making labels for Owens Corning out of small garage
May 1971 – Company incorporated
January 1972 – Began production of corrugated boxes in 3,600 sq. ft facility in Oreland, PA
June 1972 – Moved into 17,000 sq. Ft facility in North Wales
February 17, 1979 – North Wales plant burns to the ground
March 4, 1979 – Making boxes again in Ambler, Pa warehouse
June 1, 1979 – Moved to 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Harleysville, PA
May 1, 1990 – 9600 sq. ft addition and installed first Emba (244)
September 1, 1995 – 42,000 sq. ft addition and installed 2nd Emba (160)
September 18, 1995 – Philcorr partnership created
November 1997 – Company computerizes, installs first ERP software system
1999-2002 – Big bet on company into economic downcycle
January 2, 2002 – Philcorr partnership consolidates to 5 members
September 15. 2005 – 30,000 sq. ft addition
March 2009 – Al Hanover becomes sole owner after Pete’s passing
November 2013- Brooke Williams joins the company
January 2015 - Brooke Williams becomes President
September 18, 2015 – 20th anniversary of Philcorr
October 2017 - New ERP system rolled out enabling even more tailored solutions for our customers
February 2018 - Our beloved Al passes, family retains sole ownership
